Fitness Classes and Memberships
How do I book my classes?
Book your classes online, at our Front of House, or call our Bookings team.
All classes will only be bookable 7 days in advance.
How do I get my guest passes?
You must book your guest passes either with our bookings team or with a member of staff at Front of House. Guest passes may only be used when the member is also attending.
What should I wear?
Comfy active wear and grip socks.
What should I bring?
A towel, some water (can be purchased from our cafe if needed), and a padlock if you'd like to use our lockers, these can also be purchased at our park for £3. On your first trip please ensure you bring a screen shot of proof of membership.
Is there anything else I need to know?
If you turn up and cannot be booked onto a class we will try our hardest to fit you onto the next available session
You MUST complete a Par- Q and waiver before attending all classes
You MUST attend a safety briefing before every Gravity Fit Jump Revolution class
You MUST check in at Front of House for every session that you attend.
How do I cancel?
Please call us on 01926 356290 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel.
Please do not cancel your class via social media sites.
Repeat Non-Attendance takes up a space in a class we can’t offer someone else, you will be charged the full-price for classes for non-attendance. This will be enforced to those who continue to do this on sessions that are fully booked. .
We respectfully request at this time that all cancellations are to be made with at least 48hrs notice.
If for any reason you do need to cancel on the day please ensure any pm classes are cancelled by 4 pm so that spaces can be made available for those continuing to check online.
Our emails are not monitored after 5 pm and therefore emails sent after this time may not be actioned until midday the following day.
If we are busy then you will only be able to join what remains of your booked time. During quieter periods we will endeavor to slot you in as close to your preferred time as possible. In order to ensure you get to enjoy the full duration of your jump session please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled jump time. No additional time will be granted for late arrivals.
We offer a 25% discount on our Gravity Jump sessions for Military/ Emergency services with any valid ID.. We also offer 15% discount for Group Bookings of 15 guests or more Monday-Friday during Term Time only.
Waivers must be completed by a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18 years of age. Once completed a waiver is valid for 12 month period. Individual waivers must not be completed by non-family members, please complete a 24hr waiver for those in loco-parentis.
You must be 4 years or over to jump in our Gravity Jump Sessions. Toddler(s) of walking age and over can attend our Gravity Tots session and Family Jump Session. Children under the age of 13 must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian throughout their visit to Gravity Force.
There is no height limit. The weight limit for our Trampolines is 17.5 stone.
Gravity Force grip socks are there for customer hygiene. It is an insurance requirement that socks must be worn for the duration of all sessions. They can be purchased on arrival for £2 per pair.
Gift vouchers can be purchase in denominations of £10. These cannot be redeemed against Jump socks, Fitness Classes, or Parties. Valid only against Gravity Jump, Tots & Family Jump. No change is given. Please see the terms on the voucher. Bookings can be made over the phone or at the Park.
Glasses can be worn whilst jumping. However, goggles must be worn in the dodge ball courts and Foam pit if glasses are not removed.
Trampolining isn't suitable for anyone that is or may be pregnant.
Cameras and recording equipment must be used on the carpeted areas or the black mats - They are not permitted on the trampolines.
Please ensure Jewellery, hearing aids and loose items are stored in a locker. Lockers require a padlock and if required can be purchased from reception for £3.
