What can my free session be used for?
As a Club Member, you are entitled to one free session each month. This can be used for any Gravity Jump session either Peak or Off Peak. To book your free session, you need to follow the regular booking process and log in when prompted. Your free monthly session will automatically be available to book. Once you have used it, it will only be refreshed once your next billing date has passed
When do I receive my free socks?
You will receive your free Gravity Force socks on your first jump after becoming a member. These can be requested at front of house. You only receive one pair on becoming a member. Future socks will need to be purchased at full price.
Can I book friends in with the 10% discount or is it just for me?
Your membership entitles you to a 10% discount on all Gravity Jump sessions booked - this can be for yourself, family or friends. Sessions can be booked at either Peak or Off-peak times
How do I receive my free Guest Pass?
Your guest pass gives you the chance to bring a friend free of charge. When you come to book, you will use the regular booking process and you will be able to select: Free Guest. You must accompany your guest, they can’t jump without a paying member. You only receive one free guest pass on sign up.
How do I use my discount in cafe?
To use your discount in cafe, simply say to your Barista that you are a Gravity Force Club and give them your email address. Your discount will automatically be applied to your purchase.
Fitness Classes and Memberships
How do I book my classes?
Book your classes at our Front of House, call our Bookings team or alternatively use the website.
From 1st May all classes will only be bookable 7 days in advance. This rule is already in place for the newly added classes and by May 1st all classes will have this new feature.
Please note, any existing bookings remain unaffected, you will not need to re-book. Any existing customers affected by timetable changes have been contacted.
Somethings come up, How do I cancel a class?
You must call our bookings team to cancel your class. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged the cost of the class.
How do I get my guest passes?
You must book your guest passes either with our bookings team or with a member of staff at Front of House.
What should I wear?
Comfy active wear. For Zumba, Hau2 and Clubbercise, supportive trainers are advised. Piloxing and Jeneration Flow can be done bare foot or with socks, your free GF socks work great for this!
What should I bring?
A towel, some water (can be purchased from our cafe if needed), and a £1 coin if you'd like to use our lockers. On your first trip please ensure you bring a screen shot of proof of membership.
Is there anything else I need to know?
If you turn up and cannot be booked onto a class we will try our hardest to fit you onto the next available session
You MUST complete a Par- Q and waiver before attending all classes
You MUST attend a safety briefing before every Gravity Fit Jump Revolution class
You MUST check in at Front of House for every session that you attend, even if you are doing back to back classes. Please do not make your way straight down to the studio.
How do I cancel?

Please do not cancel your class via social media sites.
At this time there are no penalty clauses for Members, however, due to continued non-attendance during peak sessions, we will be updating the Terms & Conditions and introducing a penalty for non-attendance.
We respectfully request at this time that all cancellations are to be made with at least 48hrs notice.
If for any reason you do need to cancel on the day please ensure any pm classes are cancelled by 4 pm so that spaces can be made available for those continuing to check online.
Our emails are not monitored after 7 pm and therefore emails sent after this time may not be actioned until midday the following day.
If we are busy then you will only be able to join what remains of your time booked. During quieter period we will endeavor to slot you in as close to your preferred time as possible. In order to ensure you get to enjoy the full duration of your jump session please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled jump time. No additional time will be granted for late arrivals.
We offer a 25% discount on our Gravity Jump sessions for Military/ Emergency services with any valid ID.. We also offer 15% discount for Group Bookings of 15 guests or more Monday-Friday during Term Time only.
Waivers must be completed by a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18 years of age. Once completed a waiver is valid for 12 month period.
You must be 4 years or over to jump in our Gravity Jump Sessions. Toddler of walking age and over can attend our Gravity Tots session and Family Jump Session. Children under the age of 12 must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian throughout their visit to Gravity Force.
There is no height limit. The weight limit for our Trampolines is 17.5 stone.
Gravity Force grip socks are there for customer hygiene. It is an insurance requirement that socks must be worn for the duration of all sessions. They can be purchased on arrival for £2 per pair.
Gift vouchers can be purchase in denominations of £10. These cannot be redeemed against Jump socks.
Glasses can be worn whilst jumping. However, goggles must be worn in the dodge ball courts and Foam pit if glasses are not removed.
Trampolining isn't suitable for anyone that is or may be pregnant.
Cameras and recording equipment must be used on the carpeted areas or the black mats - They are not permitted on the trampolines.
Please ensure Jewellery, hearing aids and loose items are stored in a locker. Lockers require a padlock and if required can be purchased from reception for £3.
Above all everyone must smile whilst jumping on our trampolines. Sadness will not be tollerated.
