This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance to become a pass holder during the online sign up and your pass will become live once you have made the initial payment.
The payments are taken as recurring payments on your card and not through your bank account.
90 days notice is required to cancel your pass at any time.
The Jump membership provides you with unlimited access to all our jump sessions (excluding fitness, holiday camps, soft play, Saturday Night Takeover and parties) all day, every day but subject to our timetable and membership time slot availability. You may book up to 3 sessions at any time with a maximum of 2 hours per day per member.
24 hours notice will be required to cancel or move a booking.
If you do not attend a session booked then an extra payment equal to the standard session price will be charged to the next months fee.
Parent/guardian pass holder for Tots sessions is not transferable as for insurance purposes it needs to be linked to the individual.
The pass is NOT transferable and would VOID the legal agreement and insurance cover.
If you would not be checked in and ready for our safety briefing until after the jump session has started, then we reserve the right to refuse entry and move your booking to the next hour (subject to availability).
You are entitled to various benefits and discounts on other products with membership. You may be required to present a valid membership card or wrist band to receive such benefits and discounts, and we reserve the right to refuse such benefits and discounts if a valid membership card or wrist band is not provided. The benefits and discounts may be varied from time to time at our discretion. Please consult the Gravity Force website for details
FEES AND CHARGES
We do not charge a joining or administration fee.
Please note our extra charges for not attending a session pre-booked (point 7 above).
Your second and subsequent months jump membership fees will be collected on the same day as the initial payment. This date can be changed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Each payment made is not refundable under any circumstances.
If we notify you that a payment has been missed but then remains unpaid then we reserve the right to, either suspend or terminate your jump membership, upon having given you written notice of our intention to do so.
If you can’t make a session, then please cancel by emailing (email@example.com) or phone (01926 356290 - charges apply) giving at least 24 hours notice.
Members will be issued with a free RFID wristband to enable discounts on products and speed up check in. Please note if an RFID wristband is lots there will be a £5 replacement charge.
From time to time we may need to increase the price of the jump membership. We will give you at least 90 days notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your pass will cost after the increase.
During this period you will have your usual right to terminate your pass in accordance with the jump membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the pass by the date given to you in the notice then the price of your pass will be increased in accordance with our notice.
You may terminate your pass you must provide 90 days written notification by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The 90 days notice will commence from day following the next collection of payment. For example if your next payment is due on the 6th of the month the notice period starts from the 7th of the month.
In the above circumstances your membership will remain in force until the end of the 90th day, at which point it will automatically terminate.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your Jump Membership application form. However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your pass will commence immediately. If you subsequently cancel your pass within the 14 day period, you will be refunded any monies paid, less an amount for the anything you have already used (charged at the standard jump session rate).
A waiver is required for each member (renewed annually and signed by a Parent/Guardian if a pass holder is under 18) and the safety briefing video is to be watched before every visit.
Gravity Force or Jump In socks are to be worn at all times.
Please arrive 30 mins before your session to get checked in.
Members are solely responsible for their own belongings and Gravity Force accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
Members must inform Gravity Force of any change of contact and email address or telephone numbers by emailing email@example.com
If we take no action or let you off any breach of this agreement or give you extra time to pay or comply, it will not stop us enforcing the terms of this agreement strictly at a future date.
There may be occasions where we have to close all/part of the Park or cancel/amend the timetable. We will do our best to let you know of such closures/cancellations in advance of them taking place, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. We will use all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that such closures are outside of peak visiting hours and are kept to a minimum, in both duration and frequency. You will not be entitled to a part or full refund.
