Sculpt and tighten those buns in this high-energy booty-building class. You will combine cardio, weight training and partner exercises focusing on the legs and butt to keep your booty looking its best!
MUMMY/DADDY & ME BOOTCAMP: This 45-minute class is designed to take the children and the parents on a fitness journey together through different themes and role playing games which also combines fitness with active learning. We will visit exciting themes each week such as Circus, Jungle, and Pirates etc. through various activities. Our activities will keep the heart rate high and challenge the major muscle groups all whilst having lots of fun!! For children aged 3-6years
TEEN FITNESS: Teen Dance & Fitness is a combination of fun and engaging dance routines with aspects of body toning exercises incorporated into the class to provide an all over body workout. The workout is done to modern chart hits that will keep our teens motivated and wanting more! Class is suitable for both boys & girls aged 8-16years.
CLUBBERCISE: Fun easy-to-follow dance workout with rave glow sticks & disco lights. Club anthems from 90s to today's hits.

HULA FITNESS: HULA fitness® is a unique and exciting dance workout. It provides a “total body workout" by isolating your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core* and puts specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms.
FAMILY BOOTCAMP: Family Bootcamp is the perfect opportunity for you & your little ones to exercise and build your fitness whilst spending time bonding!! You will team up together during our partner exercises and help motivate one other every step of the way! Our exercises will be fun, engaging and challenging! Suitable for ages 4 and up!
