BULLET BOUNCE HIIT REVOLUTION

Taking advantage of the trampolines low impact surface and its unique ability to increase intensity. this class combines tabata training, body weight exercises and martial arts for an unrivalled workout.

BULLET BOUNCE

Gravity Fit powered by Bullet Bounce, was the first fitness class to be based in a UK trampoline park and as such is the longest running, most successful trampoline park based class. Bullet Bounce, as the genre has been branded; involves a fusion of aerobic exercise combined with rebounding, martial arts, dance, yoga and pilates all choreographed to high tempo music which provides a phenomenal workout. 

BULLET BOUNCE BOOTCAMP

A unique whole body workout involving on and off trampoline exercises and utilising a plethora of equipment; battle ropes, suspension training, plyo boxes, weights, skipping ropes and sand bags to name but a few. This class is guaranteed to work up a sweat!
