In Partnership with Jump Revolution Rock star personal training, Gravity Fit is the original Trampoline Fitness Class and is the most freshest, innovative class around. Combining elements of dancing, rebounding, boxing, martial arts, Pilates and yoga. With new routines every week there is always something new to try on the way to your 2018 fitness goals.
All attendees also need special grip socks which can be purchased for £2, but once you have purchased them they are yours to keep!
Before attending a Gravity Fit session all participants must fill out a Par Q which will also complete a waiver valid for a year.
Make sure you are wearing something light and comfortable but not long enough/baggy enough to be stepped on or tripped over. Leggings or shorts are ideal.
