TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of a session at Gravity Force.
Our parks are operated by Gravity Force (Camberley), Gravity Force St Albans LTD & Gravity Force Sunderland Ltd. These will be referred to collectively as 'Gravity Force' in this document.
These Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation by you and the members of your party. By completing the booking, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.
a – No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed by Gravity Force.
b – Gravity Force reserve the right to make changes to the activities for any reason and without notice.
c- Any persons using the trampoline park must be 4 years of age or over unless participating in a Gravity Tots sessions or Family Jump Session and, be accompanied by a responsible consenting adult. Please note that from time to time we may include alternative criteria in certain sessions. This will always be explained in the terms and conditions of the promotion or booking.
d- Any person using the trampoline park facilities must complete, or have a waiver completed on their behalf. Those participants under 18, or any participant without the capability to complete their own waiver, must ensure a legal parent or guardian has completed a waiver on their behalf.
e – Any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures or fittings of Gravity Force will be liable to pay for the rectification of any damage caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply with the supplied guidance.
f – Gravity Force does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property whilst on-site especially in cafe, courts areas and any gifts for party children. This also extends to all modes of transport left on our site either in our car park, bike racks, motorbike spaces or neighboring car parks or parked in the locality. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner’s risk.
g – Gravity Force reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone engaging in what is believed to be antisocial or unsafe behavior. On the basis of health and safety, Gravity Force reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
h – The activities include all variations of trampolining and participation is not without risk as serious misuse could be fatal. All participants must attend a safety briefing prior to every park session.
I – Gravity Force reserve the right to refuse admittance to participants or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes a participant whose behavior is considered unsafe, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Duty Manager will be final.
j – After the safety briefing, participants will not be individually supervised by a Court Monitor in the facility. A responsible adult must remain on site for any child 12 years of age or under. Participating adults must sign a waiver stating that s/he will accept responsibility for the safety of themselves and for supervision of children in their care.
k – Participants confirm that the maximum permitted clothed weight of any participant is 21st/294Ibs/133.3kg and that they do not exceed this weight. Participants over this weight limit are not permitted to jump in the park as this represents a considerable risk to the participating individual themselves.
l – Participants must be dressed appropriately. Gravity Force reserve the right to refuse admittance to the park to any participant who we deem not to be suitably dressed. The minimum standard of expectation in dress code includes a vest top and shorts. All participants should ensure they remove all jewellery before participating in any activities.
m – All participants are required to wear Gravity Force jump socks to increase grip and for hygiene reasons whilst in the park. We may ask to check the condition of any pre-worn socks to ensure there is sufficient grip.
n – No refunds or compensation will be payable by Gravity Force in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refuse permission or decides not to, undertake or complete the activities booked.
2. Group and Party Bookings
a – In the event that Gravity Force are providing catering for your group any specific dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking to ensure these requirements are met where possible. Failure to provide adequate notice may lead to an inability to supply said requirements.
b – Should a group choose to make amendments to their catering options, a minimum of 7 clear days notice must be provided.
c – Birthday Parties: The addition or reduction of guests to a birthday party must be completed under the following conditions; the remaining number of guests does not fall below 10 (8 for a hot dog party), that Gravity Force has adequate space to accommodate additional participants in the jump session and/or party area, and finally, all changes are made in accordance with the refund and transfer policy.
d – Birthday Parties: A party is required to present themselves to a member of staff 30 minutes prior to the confirmed jump time. Rights of admission can be refused at any time in the case of excessive lateness.
3. Price and Payment
a – Gravity Force reserve the right to change its prices at any time. As much notice as possible will be given should a change in price occur.
b – No refunds or change will be given for purchases made by gift vouchers. Bookings may be transferred in adherence with our transfer policy.
4. Refunds and Transfers
a – Jump/Tots/Sundown/Adaptive Bookings: Gravity Force requires 7 clear days notice to provide a refund for any cancellations. Any cancellations occurring with less than 7 days notice yet more than 2 clear days notice will be offered a transfer. This requires the participant to specify an alternative date and time for their booking. With less than 48 hours notice all cancellations will not receive a refund or transfer.
b – Fitness Bookings: Gravity Force requires 2 clear days notice to provide a refund for any cancellations. Any cancellations occurring with less than 2 days notice will be offered a transfer. This requires the participant to specify an alternative date and time for their booking. With on the day notice, all cancellations will not receive a refund or transfer. c – Party Bookings: Gravity Force’ Ltd requires up to 14 days notice for transfer/refund/cancellation of the entire booking. With less than 14 days but more than 7 days notice the customer can receive either a refund, a transfer of booking or a £10 gift voucher for each guest that is unable to attend (subject to min number criteria). With less than 7 days notice the customer can receive a £10 gift voucher for each guest that is unable to attend (subject to min number criteria).

Terms and conditions of Gravity Fit Membership
This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance to become a member during the web sign up.
Your membership will become live once you have made the initial payment.
The payments are taken as recurring payments on your card and not through your bank account.
You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the type of Membership chosen.
You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else.
If guest pass(es) are offered as part of your membership, then these can only added to your class by our Bookings Team via email or telephone (see Contact Us).
If socks are offered as part of your membership, then these must be collected at your first class.
If cafe or jump discounts are offered as part of your membership, then you must make it known that you have membership discounts at the time of making a purchase. Refunds can not be given after the transaction has been finalised.
FEES AND CHARGES
We do not charge a joining or administration fee.
Your second and subsequent months membership fees will be collected on the same day as the initial payment. This date can be changed by contacting our Bookings Office. Each payment made is not refundable under any circumstances.
If we notify you that a payment has been missed but then remains unpaid we reserve the right to, either suspend or terminate your membership, upon having given you written notice of our intention to do so.
If you can’t make a class, then please cancel by emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (0845 498 9049 - charges apply) giving at least 12 hours notice. If more than 2 classes are unattended in a month or with less than 12 hours notice then we have the right to suspend your account.
From time to time we may need to increase the price of membership. We will give you at least 1 full months' notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. During this period you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.
You may terminate your membership at any point by contacting our Bookings Team by email (we require this in writing).
In the above circumstances your membership will remain in force until the day before your next payment is due, at which point it will automatically terminate.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your membership application form. However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your membership will commence immediately. If you subsequently cancel your membership within the 14 day period, you will be refunded any monies paid, less an amount for the membership you have already used.
For example, if your membership fee is £30 per month and you cancel your membership after 10 days of it commencing (as it starts immediately) we shall refund you £20, keeping £10, which represents the membership you had used up to the point of cancellation.
Members must be 16 or older.
A waiver, PARQ and safety briefing video are to be completed/watched before your first class and annually thereafter.
Gravity Force socks are to be worn at all times for trampoline classes, whilst suitable footwear must be worn in the studio.
Please arrive 15 mins before your class to get checked in.
Members are solely responsible for their own belongings and Gravity Force accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
Members must inform Gravity Force of any change of contact and email address or telephone numbers.
If you wish to change your card details
If we take no action or let you off any breach of this agreement or give you extra time to pay or comply, it will not stop us enforcing the terms of this agreement strictly at a future date.
There may be occasions where we have to close all/part of the Park/Studio or cancel/amend the timetable for classes for which you are a member. We will do our best to let you know of such closures/cancellations in advance of them taking place, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. We will use all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that such closures are outside of peak visiting hours and are kept to a minimum, in both duration and frequency. You will not be entitled to a part or full refund.
